I recently started using Lidocaine 5% Topical Ointment 30gm for severe itching. The relief is amazing, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects. I've read the list of urgent side effects and it's quite extensive. Has anyone else experienced any of these side effects? I'm particularly concerned about the signs of an allergic reaction and metabolic acidosis. I'd love to hear from others who have used this and can share their experiences and possibly solutions.
