I've recently been prescribed Pilocarpine 1% Ophth Soln 15ml eye drops to manage high pressure inside my eye due to glaucoma. I understand that it helps by improving fluid drainage and reducing eye pressure, but I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects. The most worrying ones mentioned in the patient information are the rare but severe ones, like allergic reactions or retinal detachment. I've been experiencing some blurred vision, especially in low light, which is to be expected, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had more serious issues. How have you managed any side effects, and should I be worried about the more severe ones mentioned in the drug information?
