I was recently prescribed Vagifem 10mcg Vaginal Tabs to help with my post-menopause symptoms, particularly vaginal dryness and irritation. Has anyone else used this medication? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. The side effects list is a bit worrying, especially the serious ones. Can anyone speak to how common these side effects are? And if you've had any positive improvements with this treatment, I'd love to hear them too! Also what is the right dosage and how do you insert it the first time?
