Imvexxy 10mcg Vaginal Inserts - Game Changer or Cause for Concern?
I've been using Imvexxy 10mcg vaginal inserts for a few months now to deal with postmenopausal vaginal dryness. It's been a lifesaver for painful intercourse, but I've also had some headaches and bloating. Has anyone else experienced these side effects? Are they worth the trade-off for comfort? Also, I noticed some pretty serious potential side effects listed. Has anyone had to deal with any of these? I'm a bit worried now. Also, does anyone know if you can use these with other vaginal medications or if there are any specific precautions to take?

Be careful with these. I had a friend who ended up with severe headaches and had to stop using them. She switched to a different brand and it was fine.
I've been using Imvexxy for about 6 months and it's been amazing. No more painful sex or itching. I did have some mild stomach cramps at first, but they went away after a few weeks. Definitely worth it for me.
I started having really bad headaches and my doctor said it might be related to the Imvexxy. I stopped using it and the headaches went away. I wish I had known about the possible side effects before starting. There is not a lot of information on what to do if you have a problem, just seek medical help. I wish this was a bit more specific but it is very helpful. Maybe someone else has more information.
I really hope they aren't as bad as they seem because I fear I need them.
I had a friend who had to seek medical help for shortness of breath and swelling in her leg. Turns out it was a blood clot. She was lucky she caught it early. I'd be careful and have regular checkups.
