I recently received a prescription for Rocephin 1gm Inj (Ceftriaxone) to treat a severe infection. The doctor mentioned it's strong and effective, but the list of side effects is quite scary. Has anyone here had any serious side effects like a severe allergic reaction, gallstones, or kidney problems? What should I watch out for? Any tips on dealing with the more common side effects like diarrhea or upset stomach would be appreciated too. Thanks!
