I was prescribed Cefotetan 1gm/10ml Inj, 1vial for a severe bone infection, and it worked wonders in clearing up the infection. However, during the treatment, I experienced some pretty frightening side effects. I had a severe rash that was itchy and burning, and I also had some issues with my skin. I ended up having to go to the emergency room. I am glad that I was able to get the infection treated, but I am also worried about the possible severe side effects. I have seen some pretty scary stories about this medication online. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I would love to hear from others who have been on this medication and what their experiences were like. Also, what are some things that I should be looking out for? Were the side effects worth the risk? I am hoping for some insights on this topic.
