I've been dealing with a persistent cough and nasal congestion for days, and I decided to try Tusnel Liquid. It's an over-the-counter medicine that combines guaifenesin, pseudoephedrine, and dextromethorphan to relieve these symptoms. I've read that guaifenesin helps thin and loosen mucus, pseudoephedrine helps clear up a stuffy nose, and dextromethorphan reduces the urge to cough. I'm hoping it works well, but I'm also a bit worried about potential side effects like dizziness or trouble sleeping. Has anyone else tried this? How did it go for you?
