I’ve been dealing with chronic constipation for a while now and recently started using Polyethylene Glycol 3350 Powder 510gm. I was relieved to finally find something that works, but after reading the side effects I'm wondering if I should worry about the rare but serious ones. Does anyone have experience with this stuff? Any horror stories or reassurances are appreciated. I'm also curious about the best way to mix it. The instructions aren't super clear on the liquid-to-powder ratio. Anyone know the perfect combo? I've tried everything—prunes, Metamucil, you name it. This stuff is a godsend, but I'm paranoid about the potential side effects, especially the ones that require immediate medical attention. Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated!
