I recently started taking Vitamin B-1 50mg Tablets, or thiamine, to help with energy levels and nervous system support. I've heard great things about it, but I'm curious about others' experiences — especially regarding side effects. This has been described as essential for energy conversion and nerve health, but I'm wondering if it's really necessary or if it's just a little overhyped.
