I was recently prescribed Carbamazepine 300mg ER Capsules for trigeminal neuralgia. I've been taking it for a few weeks now and have experienced some side effects like dizziness and drowsiness. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and how you managed it. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I was recently prescribed Tegretol 100mg Chewable Tablets for trigeminal neuralgia, and I've been having some pretty intense side effects. I've read about some of the severe side effects like allergic reactions and low sodium levels, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced these or other serious issues.
