My experience with Aklief 0.005% Cream for Acne - anyone else tried it? Here's what happened after a month of use

I've been struggling with acne for a while now, and after trying various over-the-counter treatments with little success, I decided to give Aklief 0.005% Cream a try. Aklief Cream contains trifarotene, a type of vitamin A derivative (retinoid). It works by helping your skin cells grow normally and reducing inflammation, which helps to clear up acne on your face, chest, and back. It's applied once a day in the evening. I've been using it for about a month now, and I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has tried it. The initial side effects were a bit tough. I experienced some skin irritation, including burning, redness, and dryness, but my doctor assured me this is common. I've managed to mitigate some of these side effects by using a gentle moisturizer afterwards. I'm curious to hear from others about their experience with this cream – what results have you seen, and how did you handle any side effects? And if you're considering this medication, please read the warning signs. There are rare but severe side effects that you should be aware of before starting treatment.
