I've been prescribed Propranolol ER 120mg Capsules for my high blood pressure and migraines, and I was hoping to hear from others who have used this medication. I've been taking it for a few weeks now, and while it seems to be helping with my migraines, I've experienced some side effects like dizziness and fatigue. Has anyone else had similar experiences? Are there any tips for managing these side effects? I'm also curious about the long-term effects and if anyone has had issues with withdrawal when stopping the medication.
