I recently got a minor burn from a kitchen accident and my doctor recommended Bionect 0.2% Cream. It contains hyaluronic acid, which helps keep the skin moist and protected. I've been using it for a few days and it seems to be helping, but I'm curious about other people's experiences. Has anyone else tried this cream for minor cuts, scrapes, or burns? How effective was it for you? Did you experience any side effects? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any allergic reactions or irritation at the site of application.
