I've been prescribed Calan SR 240mg tablets for my high blood pressure and angina. My doctor said it's a calcium channel blocker that helps relax blood vessels and slow down my heart rate. It's been effective so far, but I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. Has anyone else experienced serious issues like liver problems or abnormal heartbeats?
