I've recently been prescribed Constulose 10gm/15ml Solution for liver issues. It's a lactulose solution, which helps with bowel movements and reduces ammonia in the blood. Has anyone else taken this? I'm curious about your experiences, particularly with any side effects. The drug info lists some serious ones like allergic reactions and high blood sugar, but also common ones like gas and stomach cramps. How bad are these really? Any tips on managing them?
