Phenergan Syrup W/dm is a combination of promethazine and dextromethorphan used for cough and cold symptoms. It's known for its effectiveness but also has a range of side effects, some of which can be serious. I've been prescribed it a few times and it seems to work well, but I'm curious about others' experiences. Have any of you had significant side effects or weird experiences? This stuff can be wild at times, like after a few doses and I'm sleeping all day! What are your thoughts?
