I've been a nurse for over a decade. Last week, I had a patient who was in shock. The doctor administered Dopamine/d5w 3.2mg/ml Inj, 250ml to stabilize the patient. The patient was able to improve blood flow and increase blood pressure. I am curious about others’ experiences who have had a similar situation and how they handled it. Did you notice any of the potential side effects mentioned? Was the treatment effective in critical situations? Anything you wish you had known ahead of time?
