I've been struggling with scalp psoriasis for years, and my dermatologist just prescribed Derma-Smoothe/FS. The ingredient list looks intense, and I'm a bit worried about the side effects—especially the urgent ones. Has anyone else tried this stuff? I'm looking for real talk about what to expect.
