I've been using the Emsam 12mg/24h Patch for the past three months to manage my depression, and I've had a mix of experiences. The patch itself is easy to apply, but the diet restrictions have been a challenge. Has anyone else struggled with the dietary guidelines? Also, I'm curious to know if anyone has experienced any of the more serious side effects mentioned in the documentation. I've had some mild dizziness and a bit of headache, but nothing too serious. Overall, I think it's helping, but I'm still adjusting.
