I've just been prescribed Gvoke HypoPen 1mg/0.2ml 1 Auto Inj to manage severe hypoglycemia, and I'm a bit anxious about using it. My doctor assured me that it's straightforward, but as a type 1 diabetic, I've never had to deal with severe lows before. The auto-injector seems convenient, but I'm worried about administering it correctly and the potential side effects. Has anyone else used this? How was your experience? Any tips for someone who's new to this? Also, I noticed the list of side effects is quite long and includes some serious reactions. Should I be really concerned about these? Or is it just standard procedure to list everything? My doctor didn't go into detail about the side effects, so I'm a bit in the dark there.
