Tarpeyo 4mg Capsules are a specialized steroid medication designed to help with IgA nephropathy (IgAN) by reducing protein in the urine. The way it's designed allows it to work in the gut and be quickly broken down by the liver, which means fewer whole-body side effects compared to other steroids. However, like any medication, it has its own set of potential side effects, both urgent and minor. I've been prescribed Tarpeyo and I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? What were your experiences with side effects and how did you manage them?
