I've just been prescribed Inpefa 400mg Tablets to manage my heart failure. The doctor says it helps my kidneys remove more sugar and salt, which should reduce the strain on my heart. Has anyone else been on this medication? I'm curious about your experiences, especially with side effects. The list is long, and I'm a bit nervous.
