I've been prescribed Ipratropi/alb 0.5/3mg Inh Sl 60x3ml for my COPD and I'm curious to hear from others who are using it. This combination of Ipratropium and Albuterol has been a game-changer for my breathing, but I've been experiencing some side effects that I'm not sure are normal. The medicine is administered via a nebulizer, which turns the liquid into a fine mist for inhalation, and it's been effective in opening up my airways. However, I've noticed some nervousness and shakiness after use, which can be quite bothersome. Plus, it seems to dry out my nose and throat a bit. I've also read about some serious side effects like allergic reactions and changes in vision, so I am a bit concerned about the potential risks. Has anyone else had similar experiences or know more about the side effects to look out for? In particular, I want to understand the difference between minor side effects and those that require immediate medical attention.
