I've been taking Mag-Oxide 400mg Tablets for a few weeks now, and I wanted to share my experience. I initially started taking them for occasional constipation, and they worked wonders. However, I've also found that they help with my heartburn and indigestion. I take one tablet daily, usually before bed, and it's made a noticeable difference. I was a bit hesitant to try magnesium oxide because I've had experiences with my stomach reacting to medications. However, so far, I haven’t experienced any severe side effects. I did have some symptoms of diarrhea, but it was mild and went away after a few days. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any tips or warnings to share?
