I've been struggling with dry, irritated skin for a while now. Derm prescribed Nutraseb Cream 100gm, a moisturizing cream designed to soothe and hydrate dry, irritated, or sensitive skin. It helps to restore the skin's natural barrier, preventing moisture loss and protecting against external irritants. It helps to keep the skin hydrated and maintains a barrier to prevent moisture loss. I've used it for a week now, and I'm not seeing much improvement. I'm wondering if anyone else has had success with this cream. I'm also a bit worried about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones like signs of an allergic reaction or skin infection.
