I've recently been prescribed Pantoprazole 40mg Granules for my acid reflux issues. I've heard it can be a game-changer for some people, but I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. I was recently prescribed Pantoprazole Sod 40mg Inj for severe heartburn and was curious about others’ experiences. I found it interesting that this drug reduces stomach acid by blocking the tiny pumps that produce it. I was also surprised by the long list of potential side effects. I didn’t experience any of the urgent ones, but I did have some dizziness and stomach pain. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'm especially curious about the long-term effects, like low vitamin B-12 levels. Anyone on this med for over 3 years? I’d love to hear your thoughts and tips on managing side effects!
