I've been struggling with acne for years and recently switched to Plexion Cleansing Cloths60. The active ingredients, sulfur and sulfacetamide, are supposed to work together to treat skin conditions like acne. I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin texture and oiliness. However, I am concerned about the side effects, especially the serious ones. Has anyone else tried these cloths? I'd love to hear your experiences and any tips you might have for using them effectively.
