I was recently prescribed Pomalyst 4mg Capsules for my multiple myeloma and I'm feeling overwhelmed. The list of side effects is long, and I'm not sure what to expect. I've been taking Pomalyst 3mg Capsules for a few months now to treat my multiple myeloma. Pomalyst has been a lifesaver for me since other treatments weren't effective. However, I've experienced some side effects that have been challenging to deal with. The medication has helped my immune system fight the cancer cells, but the fluid and electrolyte imbalances have been particularly tough. I've had mood changes, confusion, and muscle weakness, which can be quite debilitating. I've also struggled with gastrointestinal issues like constipation and diarrhea. Despite these challenges, I'm grateful for the medication's efficacy. However, I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar issues and how they've managed them. I've also been wondering if anyone has tried other medications or treatments alongside Pomalyst and have had better results.
