I've been prescribed Rukobia 600mg ER Tablets to treat my HIV-1 infection. I've tried several other medications without success, and my doctor thinks this might be a good option. The info sheet mentions some serious side effects, like allergic reactions and changes in immune function. I'm feeling a bit nervous about starting something new. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? What kind of side effects did you encounter, and how did you manage them? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm especially curious about the less common side effects, like the potential for an abnormal heartbeat. I want to be prepared for anything.
