I've been dealing with occasional constipation lately and was recommended Senna Lax (8.6mg) Tablets by a friend. I'm a bit hesitant to try it because I've heard horror stories about laxatives. It's supposed to work within 6 to 12 hours if taken at bedtime, but I'm worried about potential side effects like stomach cramps or even allergic reactions.
