I've been struggling with painful intercourse since menopause and my doctor prescribed Osphena 60mg tablets. I've heard mixed things about it. Does anyone have experience with this medication? I'm wondering if the benefits outweigh the potential side effects. The list of possible side effects is long, and I'm worried about things like blood clots and neurological symptoms. But I know that vaginal dryness can really hurt the quality of life, and I'm really hoping to find something that works. What should I do?
