Silvrstat Dressing Gel is a silver-based wound treatment that has been widely used for its antimicrobial properties. It's designed to prevent infections and promote wound healing. However, I've heard mixed reviews and had a few bad experiences. I had this stuff on a minor cut and it got itchy and red. I've also known people who have had much worse. Does anyone else have issues with it? I'm wondering if it's worth the hassle when it feels like it's making things worse for some people. What do you think? Is it worth it? Does anyone know of a good alternative that works better and doesn’t have these side effects?
