I recently used Sklice 0.5% Lotion to treat head lice in my family, and I have a mix of positive and concerning experiences and questions to share. First, let me start by saying that this product definitely works. The lice and nits were gone after one application. However, I am concerned about the side effects, particularly the potential for eye irritation. I had a close call when applying, and it is crucial to be very careful with this medication. Is there a safer way to apply it? Also, I noticed some irritation on my son's scalp, which I am hoping will subside soon. Did anyone else experience this? The burning sensation was quite uncomfortable for a few minutes. On the plus side, it was easy to use and we could return to normal life immediately. Although there are other treatments, this was recommended by our doctor. I am curious if anyone has tried other treatments and how they compare.
