I've recently started using Synribo (Omacetaxine) for my chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) treatment. It's been a rollercoaster, and I'm hoping to connect with others who have experience with this medication. Synribo works differently from other CML treatments by targeting the proteins that cancer cells need to grow, but it comes with a list of possible side effects, some of which are pretty serious. I've been dealing with some nausea and fatigue, but nothing too severe so far.
