I've been struggling with knee osteoarthritis for a few years now, and my doctor recommended Synvisc-One injections. It's a gel-like substance injected directly into the knee joint to help relieve pain and improve movement. I just had my first injection a week ago, and I'm curious to hear from others who have tried it. So far, I've experienced some mild pain and stiffness around the knee, but nothing too intense. I'm hoping it will get better as time goes on. Has anyone else had similar experiences? Any tips or words of caution?
