I've been taking Tab-A-vite Multivit W/iron Tablets for a couple of months now, and I've noticed some changes in my stool color. I've also had some mild stomach pain. I've read the possible side effects but wanted to know if anyone else has experienced anything similar. I'm a bit worried and considering switching to a different multivitamin. Has anyone had any issues with this brand? Or maybe it’s just my body adjusting, I don’t know. Do I need to be concerned? How did you manage any side effects? What did your doctor say?
