I've been using Erythromycin 2% Gel for about a month now to treat my acne, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin. However, I did experience some side effects that I wasn't expecting. Has anyone else had similar issues, and if so, how did you handle them? I'm specifically concerned about the possibility of severe side effects like colitis.
