I was prescribed Librium 10mg Capsules to manage my anxiety and help with muscle relaxation. I've been taking them for about a week now, and I must say, the effects are noticeable. I feel calmer, and my muscles are less tense. However, I've heard that long-term use can be habit-forming, so I'm a bit concerned about that. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? How does it compare to other benzodiazepines like Xanax or Ativan?
