Blafaxar 500iu Inj is a medication used to help with blood clotting factor issues. It's made from human plasma and contains several important clotting factors. Given by injection into a vein, it's often used to quickly stop or prevent bleeding, especially if your blood is too thin because of certain medications (like warfarin) or if you have a problem with your body making enough clotting factors.
