Cyclosporine 0.05% Op Single Use 30 for Dry Eye: My 6-Month Journey and Side Effects

I've been using Cyclosporine 0.05% Op Single Use 30 eye drops for the past six months to treat my chronic dry eye disease. This is not an artificial tear solution, I actually had no idea it worked by reducing inflammation to help the eyes produce more natural tears. It's been a journey, and I've experienced a mix of side effects and improvements. Initially, I felt a slight burning sensation and some eye pain, but that subsided after a few weeks. I've also noticed some coughing after use, which is weird because I don't get that with other eye drops. Despite the cough and some minor irritation, my eyes feel much better overall. I’ve learned that consistency is key with this treatment—skipping doses means my eyes feel more dry the next day. Anyone else on this medication? I'd love to compare notes. I’m also curious if anyone has experienced more severe side effects like changes in vision or allergic reactions. My doctor assured me that the risk is low, but it's still something to be aware of.

Eysuvis 0.25% Ophth Susp 8.3ml: My Experience with This New Dry Eye Treatment

I've been struggling with dry eye disease for years, and my doctor recently prescribed Eysuvis 0.25% Ophth Susp 8.3ml to help with the inflammation and discomfort. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks, but I've noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. However, I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects, especially the rare but serious ones mentioned in the prescription information. Has anyone else tried Eysuvis, and if so, what was your experience like? Were there any side effects, or did it work well for you? I'd love to hear from others who have used this medication to see if my experience is typical. Any tips for using eye drops more effectively would also be appreciated. I sometimes feel like I'm not applying them correctly, and I want to make sure I'm getting the full benefit. Thanks in advance for your help!
