I've been prescribed Betamethasone Val 0.1% Oint 45gm for my eczema, and I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. I've heard it can cause some serious issues, but it seems like it can be really effective for reducing redness and itching. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? What should I expect in terms of side effects, and how do you manage them? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
