I've been struggling with severe stuffiness and loss of smell due to nasal polyps and my doctor suggested Xhance 93mcg Nasal Spray. It contains a corticosteroid called fluticasone. I’ve read that this drug help reduce swelling and inflammation. It is supposed to shrink nasal polyps and improve symptoms like stuffiness and loss of smell. I’ve read the list of serious and possible side effects. I am just curious has anyone had success with it? Has anyone experienced any of the side effects on the list?
