I've been using the Nicotine TD 7mg/24h Patch 14s for the past month as part of my plan to quit smoking. When I stopped smoking, I began a program to gradually wean myself off nicotine, and this patch is the last step. This patch gives my body a steady dose of nicotine and reduces withdrawal symptoms in the process. I’ve found it helpful for managing cravings and withdrawal but have had some issues, especially skin irritation at the application site. The last time I used a nicotine patch, I only used the 7mg dose for a couple of weeks. But, it became irritating. This time, I wanted to really try to quit, so I ramped up the dosage a bit. I haven't found the other side effects to be a big deal, but I want to know if anyone else is using the patch and experiencing the same issues. I’d love to hear about anyone's experiences who has used this too.
