I've been considering switching to Seasonale, an extended-cycle birth control pill. It seems like a great way to reduce the frequency of periods. I want to hear from people who have tried it. What were the ups and downs for you? I want to know about the reduction in periods, also what side effects I might experience. Any tips for managing these side effects are welcome. Also, is it hard to get a prescription? Did you have to see a specialist? My doctor has not heard of it, so I am seeking alternative doctors for this.
