I've been taking Adempas 0.5mg Tablets for my Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) for about six months now, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. The medication has helped relax the blood vessels in my lungs, making it easier for me to breathe and reducing the strain on my heart. However, I've experienced some side effects, like headaches and upset stomach, which can be quite uncomfortable. I'm curious to hear from others who are also taking Adempas.
