I was recently prescribed Sertraline 25mg tablets to manage my anxiety and depression. I've been on them for about a month now, and I'm curious to hear from others who have experience with this medication. How long did it take for you to notice improvements in your mood and anxiety levels? Have you experienced any side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? I've had some dizziness and drowsiness, but nothing too severe. I'm also wondering if anyone has advice on dealing with sexual side effects, as I've heard they can be common.
