I took these for a while and never had any major issues. Just some mild diarrhea, but my doctor said that's normal. Just make sure to stay hydrated!
I got really bad diarrhea and ended up in the hospital. Turns out it was C. diff. So yeah, if you get really bad diarrhea, go to the hospital.
