The possible side effects list is quite long and a bit scary, but the doctor said they're rare.

My pediatrician always says that if your child experiences any severe side effects, go to the ER immediately. It's better to be safe.
This stuff is a lifesaver for ear infections. My kid hates the taste but I use milk to mask it a bit. Never had any bad side effects so far, knock on wood.
Why do they always make kids' medicine taste so awful? My little one spit it out at first but eventually got used to it. Definitely worth it if it clears up the infection.
