Cimetidine 400mg Tablets: My Experience and Side Effects
I was prescribed Cimetidine 400mg Tablets for my acid reflux and ulcers. The medication has been helpful so far, but I've noticed a few side effects that I'm trying to get a better understanding on. I've heard that some people experience liver issues, which is a bit worrying. Has anyone else dealt with this? Also, I'm curious if anyone has found any good home remedies to accompany the medication. I'm looking to manage symptoms without relying solely on medication. Is this drug worth it, or have you guys had better experiences with Prilosec or Nexium? I'd love to hear other stories!

Give the medication a few weeks to see if it settles in. Sometimes the side effects go away after a while. Just make sure you're monitored!
Cimetidine works great for me. Just make sure you don't drink alcohol while on it. It can mess with the liver.
I had the weirdest hallucinations on this stuff. Scared the living daylights out of me! Had to stop taking it.
I switched from Cimetidine to Prilosec and it's been a game-changer. No more side effects and better control over my acid reflux. Might be worth talking to your doctor about!
I've been on Cimetidine for a few months and haven't had any major issues. Just some mild dizziness occasionally. It's definitely helped with my heartburn, though! Good luck!
I've been taking Prilosec for years and never had any issues. It's a bit more expensive, but worth it for me.
I have to say that home remedies do help. Chew gum after meals and diet changes are a game changer, the medication is only part of the routine.
Be careful with the liver stuff. My friend had some issues and had to stop taking it. Might want to get regular check-ups.
I had a bad reaction to Cimetidine but my doctor recommended some lifestyle changes and now I'm feeling much better. You can try limiting caffeine, dairy, and spicy foods.
