Has anyone had side effects from Magnebind 300 Tablets? Worried about this new antacid.
I recently started using Magnebind 300 Tablets for my heartburn, and it really helped, but I am worried about the potential side effects. The package says that it can cause severe allergies, which is a bit scary. Has anyone else had any issues with this medication? Is it just me, or does the idea of a life-threatening allergic reaction make everyone else anxious as well?

Just remember, if you experience any severe symptoms, get to a doctor ASAP. Better safe than sorry.
I’ve never had a problem with it, but I did have a lot of gas after taking it.
I had a rash after taking them, so I stopped using them. with my skin I decided it wasn't worth it.
I had a bad experience with an antacid that gave me really bad constipation. So much for quick relief!
I think the key is to start with a small dose and see how your body reacts. Always better to be safe!
I usually take it before bed and it works like a charm. Sleep through the night.
I've been taking Magnebind 300 for a while now and haven't had any issues. Great for heartburn!
I had a friend who had a bad allergic reaction to a similar antacid. It really made me think twice.
